Romeu Felipe is a renowned Wella Professionals Global Ambassador, having started his career as a Wella educator. Over his 20-year career, he established himself as a globally recognized hairstylist, known for launching innovative coloring techniques, including one that gives hair a very natural, handmade look. As an educator, he has personally trained more than 25,000 hairdressers and continues to inspire the industry with his expertise through seminars and workshops with Wella.

Romeu is the creator of the ICONIC BLONDE looks of some of the most famous Brazilian celebrities including Yasmin Brunet, Mari Gonzalez, Ticiane Pinheiro, Thássia Naves, and Fernanda Souza. In addition to his color creations, he is known for his styling and cuts, which are also among his strengths: he is an expert in finishing and cuts. Known for having “golden hands” and for his incredible ability to thrill people with his art, his Instagram following alone surpasses 2.3M. As the forerunner of the “painting” technique (handmade wicks adept at capturing natural light) his inspiration derives from the delicate hair of children, that perfectly reveals light and shadow effects. In 2015 and 2016, Romeu won the prestigious award for Best Brazilian Colorist of the Year, an acknowledgment of his exceptional talent. In 2019, he expanded his influence further by opening Rom. Concept, a 500-square-meter salon in São Paulo designed in an industrial style. That same year, he became the Global Ambassador for Wella Professionals. One of his proudest achievements was launching a digital education platform, where he shares his passion for teaching and continues to inspire and educate the next generation of hairstylists.
